1. How to find songs

Type a word into the Title or into the Artist search window.  The windows are on the left and look like this.

Help Search Example

When searching for title or artist choose a key word and don't type too much. e.g. Typing Presley will get all of Presley, but if you type Elvis Presley you will miss out where the artist is listed as Presley, Elvis.

After typing in the word click on the Search button.  You will see a list of songs.  Some of the song titles are underlined. This means that you can click the title to play a short MIDI File demo of the song.  This will help you decide if it's the right song, and the right key for you.  But please remember - these MIDI demos don't sound anywhere near as good as your pro quality CD, MD or MP3.

Click in the check box if you want to buy a song. (Don't worry, you can remove it later if you change your mind!).  Now go ahead and search for more songs you're interested in - adding your choices to your shopping cart in this way.

2. How to review your selections

Click on the tab that says "View Cart / Check out".  Now you can see a list of the songs you've selected.  If you want to remove any selections from your cart then click on "Remove" in the "Remove from cart" column.

If you're happy with your selection and you want to "Check out" (like in the supermarket) then click where it says to Check out.

3. How to order songs in a particular key

At the check out page you will see your selected songs listed. (you must have put at least 1 song into your cart before you can check out!)

In the leftmost column you will see ADJUST KEY.  If you don't know what key is, then just leave this alone.  However, if you want us to adjust the key of this song eg down 2 semitone steps - then choose " -2 " (negative two) from the drop down menu. If you are making key adjustments then you have to consider each song individually - making a choice (even if it is to leave it in the original key) for each one. Please consider key adjustments carefully.  If you have a singing teacher it may be a good idea to ask the teacher about adjustments in key.

If you're happy with key of the original song - then don't make any adjustments and we'll send the song in the original key!

4. Paying for your order by secure online transaction

Once you have reviewed your selection and made any key adjustments you can now choose what format you want. 1. Audio CD - for any CD player  2. MD  for Minidisc players or 3. MP3 file on CD-ROM - for playback in MP3 player or multimedia computer.

TEXT LABEL FOR CD - This is where you type the name you want printed on the CD Label.  For example. You might be Mary Jones but the CD is going to be for daughter Judy - so here you would enter Judy Jones   - and that's the name that we'll print on the personalised CD.

Now fill in your name and the delivery address for mailing of the finished CD.  Please be careful to put correct details so your package can arrive safely.

There is also a field for putting in an E-mail receipt address.  Carefully type the e-mail address to which your e-mail receipt and confirmation will be sent.

Now click on "Confirm Your Order".  Our web site will check to see if you've left out any important information.  If you did leave something out, a message in red letters will alert you.  Then you can fill in the missing details and press "Confirm your order" again.

When you reach the payment page you can be sure you are in a secure area - and no other internet user can see or interpret any card details you are entering.

When entering card numbers please be careful to enter only numbers.  This means NO SPACES or other characters in between numbers.  eg  1234  4567   is no good.  It should be 1234567   Entry of spaces will cause the transaction to be cancelled and the order will not be processed.

THE MOST COMMON REASON A CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION FAILS IS A MISTAKE WITH THE CVN NUMBER.  Please read on carefully.

Q. What's the CVN number?

A. If you have a visa or master card, there should be a signature strip on the back of the card.  The last 3 digits  printed on this strip are the CVN number.  You are asked to submit those numbers to prove that you have the card present at the time of ordering.  The CVN offers better security for all.

Once all is entered and you "Click here to buy now"  please only click the button once then wait.  Be patient as the transaction may take 20 or more seconds.  Clicking on other buttons or the "back" button before you see a confirmation message will almost certainly disrupt the transaction and may result in the failure of your order.

Once you see a confirmation message and you are returned to our site you know the transaction is complete.  Now you can check your e-mail and you should receive your receipt / confirmation e-mail.
